Terms and Conditions

Tiara-O-Rama adheres to the following terms and conditions for all sales:

Order Processing:

All orders for items in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of confirmed payment.

Backorders & Stock Availability:

If an item is not in stock, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional discrepancies may occur.

Delays:

Any delays due to stock issues will extend the dispatch time by a maximum of 14 days. Tiara-O-Rama will keep you fully informed throughout the process.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed upon with the customer.
